Resolve Maritime Academy and Nova Southeastern University offer this free 8-hour course in Hazardous Materials Safety & Security Awareness training.

Ideal for all workers, especially those who could be “first responders” to a hazardous materials incident

∙ Learn how to recognize, react, and protect yourself from chemical hazards in the workplace

∙ Virtual training requires access to webcam & microphone

∙ Course satisfies refresher requirements

∙ Certificate awarded upon completion of course

∙ Approved by the National Educational Institute of NCBFAA,

∙ Earn up to 7 continuing education/contact hours (CCS/CES/MES)

∙ Satisfies OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6)(i), 49 CFR 172.700(c) and 172.704(a)(5)(b),

and EPA 40 CFR (311.1).
