I began my career in Palma de Mallorca, working extensively across the galley, interior, and deck departments on both motor and sailing yachts. It was within support roles that I truly thrived—collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations. My love of supporting others and my ability to bring people together has driven everything I do. I’m focused on exceeding expectations, pushing boundaries, and opening doors to new opportunities.

As the founder of NZ Superyacht Services and NZ Superyacht Academy, I’ve played a vital role in shaping New Zealand’s emerging superyacht industry. I’m deeply invested in the growth of our superyacht sector and in supporting Kiwi crew as they build meaningful global careers. I remain at the forefront of new initiatives and am dedicated to ensuring New Zealand continues to lead on the international stage.

NZ Superyacht Services offers comprehensive support to vessels visiting New Zealand, including MLC-compliant recruitment with a strong focus on Kiwi crew. NZ Superyacht Academy takes a unique approach to career development, offering career mapping, mentorship, and hands-on training to create highly skilled and intentional crew members.

Most recently, we’ve acquired a 105ft training vessel—an exciting step forward that means aspiring crew can now begin their superyacht careers on the water, right here in New Zealand. It’s a game-changing addition that brings real-world training to our students and opens new pathways for progression.

I’m skilled in connecting industry professionals, fostering collaboration, and creatively solving challenges. My strength lies in understanding people’s vision and aligning that with action. My ability to bring the right people together and manage multiple projects simultaneously has led to a strong, respected network across the superyacht industry.

With major marinas like Viaduct, Westhaven, and Silo Marina rapidly expanding—and with new infrastructure being developed across the country—New Zealand is firmly positioning itself as a key destination for the global superyacht community.

Growing up at Bethells Beach on Auckland’s west coast has given me a deep appreciation for the ocean. That connection drives my particular interest in ocean protection + sustainability, and how we as an industry can support these missions. I’m committed to ensuring New Zealand’s superyacht scene reflects the values our country is known for: innovation, sustainability, and adventure.
