Biography: Dan is the Chief Commercial Officer of Döhle Yachts, based out of the UK office, and is responsible for the group’s corporate and commercial development, business development, marketing, partnerships, and policies, as well as the development and realisation of company strategies alongside the Board of Directors. He is also the Data Protection Officer for the Isle of Man-based entities. Before joining Döhle Yachts, Dan began his career working in offshore finance before moving on to study journalism. Having travelled extensively, he has worked for a number of years in both the New Zealand and Isle of Man Civil Service, predominantly in finance, probate, and project management. Dan joined Döhle Yachts in February 2011, working interdepartmentally, and became Crew Manager in November 2012. His background also resulted in him overseeing a number of Döhle Yachts’ internal projects. In September 2016, Dan was promoted and made responsible for the management, operations and day-to-day activities of the Isle of Man-based Crewing department.
