I have spent the last 20 years as a broker working with UHNW individuals, and served 14 years in the British Army reserve with tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan. My career began in private aviation before moving into super yachts. Growing up in a naval family, I developed an early passion for boats, and the yachting industry was a natural transition.
Through my experience at large brokerage houses, I knew I wanted to offer a more bespoke service to my clients – the kind of personal touch that I believe can only be achieved in a boutique firm. Therefore, I chose to found my own company – encapsulating the highly personalised service I found befitting the yachting charter and buying experience. TJB Super Yachts was founded in 2013, and I am proud to say that my company’s quick success is testament to my team’s extraordinary commitment and hard work. Running an innovative business with a strong ethical mind-set pertaining to our core values is challenging, yet also rewarding, as proven by our steady growth and year on year increase in both charters and revenue.
