Currently, I serve as the Co-Founder of Officers Quarters Crew (OQ CREW)—a recruitment agency dedicated exclusively to placing the most qualified, licensed, and proficient deck officers, yacht captains, and engineers in the global superyacht fleet.
My career has been anchored in operational excellence, safety, and integrity—qualities I continue to champion through OQ CREW’s rigorous vetting process, simulator-based assessments, and commitment to industry standards.
