Sally is the of Head of Client Relations and is responsible for managing relationships between the company and the client. She regularly represents Döhle Yachts at various industry events, promoting the company’s services and engaging with clients and industry.
Sally’s maritime career started in commercial shipping upon joining Shell Marine as a Personnel Officer, before moving to Bibby Shipping as Assistant Personnel Manager working directly with engineers and captains and undertaking performance management training on cable vessels worldwide. Sally subsequently moved into a shore-based executive recruitment role managing a number of high-profile clients in the finance sector.
In 2007, Sally joined Döhle Yachts in the first year of its operation, setting up Döhle Yacht Crew in her role as Recruitment Manager. By utilising her experience in shipping, recruitment, client relationship and human resource management, Sally supported clients and crew with their recruitment requirements. Sally has an excellent understanding of our clients’ requirements and was consequently promoted to Head of Client Relations.
Sally holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Southampton Solent University, professional accreditation from the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, a MYBA Superyacht Brokers’ qualification and is an ambassador for the Superyacht Charities. When she is not travelling, Sally is a keen England rugby fan and can often be found at Twickenham supporting the team, always in high heels which is her other passion. She is a keen animal lover and supports various dog rescue charities.
