Raised in Cornwall, Paul developed a passion for sailing from the age of five aboard his family’s boat. After graduating from university, he began his professional maritime career in the Mediterranean, working as both a sailing instructor and bareboat skipper. Paul went on to spend a decade onboard superyachts, gaining extensive experience in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Pacific and Alaska, culminating in gaining his Master (Unlimited) 3,000 GT qualification. Transitioning ashore, he worked for over 10 years in project management, both with new-build sailing yachts and large motor yacht refits, before joining the Sales & Marketing team at Pendennis to focus on converting enquiries into projects. Today, Paul is based in Falmouth with his wife, four boys, and the family dog, combining deep industry expertise with a lifelong passion for the water.
