I have been working aboard yachts for 20+ years and hold a 3,000 ton US Coast Guard, MCA, and Cayman Islands license, as well as a 3,000 ton Aux Sail license. I have been involved with various new builds up to 87-meters and have logged almost one million miles at sea in Canada, the Caribbean, Central America, the Middle East, the entire Mediterranean Sea, Northern Europe, the South Pacific, and the United States. I was personally engaged in advocacy with the Tahitian government that resulted in a charge in French Polynesian law to allow yachts and their crew to extend their stays in the country. I credit my success to insightful, bespoke leadership techniques for when you live with your employee’s, a keen interest in fostering crew longevity and excellence, and an almost 100% repeat charter record. I am committed to providing owners the most pleasurable and trouble-free yachting experience possible.
