Laura joined the Guernsey team in July 2021 as Senior Crewing Officer having previously worked in a similar role bringing her knowledge of all aspects of crew employment and payroll. Laura previously worked in the Trust industry for 10 years and holds the STEP International Diploma.
In July 2021, Laura successfully completed the CIPP Payroll Technician Certificate, demonstrating her capabilities in calculating all types of crew pay elements. Laura was recognised for her efforts and became an Assistant Crewing Manager in 2024.
In her spare time, Laura likes to go for long walks with her Cocker Spaniel, Ronnie, on the nice Guernsey sandy beaches.
