Jodie Glenn

Jodie Glenn spent several years working onboard as a yacht chef before transitioning into recruitment. Drawing on firsthand experience within the industry, she founded Nauti Crew Agency to take a more considered, hands-on approach to crew placement.

Since launching the agency, Jodie has built a reputation for delivering well-matched placements through a selective and relationship-driven process. She has also completed her charter broker training and is working toward expanding NCA’s services into charter brokerage.
