Jackie joined the Döhle Group in September 2015, as Director of the company’s Guernsey based employment and payroll company, bringing with her over 20 years’ experience within the superyacht industry. Jackie began her career within the industry in 1995 working for a privately owned marine services company where she was responsible for handling the registration of yachts for high net worth owners.
She then took up a new role at a Guernsey yacht services and fiduciary company where she continued her yacht registration role and also assumed the role of Authorised Insurance Representative. Promoted to a senior role she then took on the management of a portfolio of complex yacht ownership structures, providing support and assistance to yacht owners, Captains and yacht managers in operational budgeting and ship’s accounting for commercial charter yachts. Jackie also had a hands-on role in handling the crew employment and payroll function for yacht owners which included assistance in drafting of MLC compliant SEA’s or crew employment contracts, and general HR matters.
In 2012, Jackie studied and successfully attained the World Maritime University’s Post Graduate Diploma in Marine Insurance.
