Gianfranco is a maritime professional with 20 years of education and experience on board and ashore in senior/executive roles. Following the maritime studies in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, he started his career as a Deck Cadet in the commercial shipping claiming through the ranks and then moved ashore in the yachting sector. Gianfranco’s main goal in the industry is to improve quality of service and safety of yachts and seafarers. Always looking for improvement and mitigating risk, learning from the past and anticipating the future.
