Licensed U.S.C.G. Master since the mid 1980s. Initially started out with a sport fishing vessel. Became a corporate captain for Striker Yachts, Hatteras of Lauderdale and Diaship USA now known as Heesen Yachts before becoming a captain mainly on privately owned vessels. Captain and manager for two separate mothership/sportfish programs. Left yachting in 2014 to serve on Edison Chouest Offshore supply vessels for a few years. Returned to yachting in 2016 to join the current program with FREEDOM and entering my 10th year of service with same owner.
