I’ve spent 25 years as a yacht chef, cooking aboard some of the best charter yachts in the world. Food is at the heart of every great experience, and on a yacht the galley isn’t back-of-house — it’s the centerpiece, carrying the same weight as every other critical system on board. Galley after galley, I kept running into the same avoidable problems: spaces built without input from the people who’d actually run them, layouts that look right on paper and fail in operation, the mistakes invisible until the yacht is in use. That’s why I founded Superyacht Galley Designs — the only practice that brings professional yacht-chef experience to the galley design process, closing a gap the industry has left open too long. The goal is simple: to elevate the overall yachting experience, one galley at a time. My work has been featured by Feadship, SuperYacht Times, The Triton, and SuperyachtNews. When I’m not in a galley or working on one, I’m usually riding my motorcycle somewhere around the world.
