For the past 20 years, I have built my career as a professional yacht captain, leading vessels and teams with a focus on safety, operational excellence, and owner enjoyment. Two years ago, I transitioned ashore and founded a consulting business dedicated to assisting family offices and their fiduciaries in overseeing complex, high-value personal assets such as yachts, estates, and aircraft. This move allowed me to stay closer to home with my wife and two young children while continuing to apply my expertise to the industry I love.
Although no longer a full-time captain, I remain active in the yachting world by taking on relief work, keeping my skills sharp and my connection to the sea alive. Yachting is more than a profession for me—it is a lifelong passion, rooted in the people, relationships, and experiences that have shaped my career.
I am applying for membership in the International Superyacht Society to stay engaged with the global community, contribute to the exchange of knowledge, and give back to an industry that has given me so much. I look forward to supporting the Society’s mission while continuing to nurture the professional relationships and friendships that make yachting such a unique and rewarding field.
