I was born and raised in New Hampshire, and in 2010, I moved to South Florida with a dream to travel the world. I landed a job as the personal assistant and event coordinator for the Chef/Owner of Casa D’Angelo. I’ve been fortunate to chef and coordinate events at the James Beard House in New York City, the South Beach Food & Wine Festival, assist in opening multiple restaurants, and be highly involved with all their events while managing a high-volume, VIP-based restaurant.
In 2013, I discovered the yachting industry. I left Casa D’Angelo on great terms, sold everything I owned, and hopped on a yacht. I traveled up and down the East Coast, the Bahamas, Seattle, WA, the San Juan Islands, Alaska, and crossed the Mediterranean from West Palm Beach to Barcelona, Spain. I also spent a year island-hopping in the Caribbean. Yachting truly changed my life, and I believe it is the best industry in the world.
