Abi McGrath

Abi McGrath has over decades experience in the global yachting sector. Today she is the Chief Commercial Officer at YATCO; the tech and connect yachting platform. Prior to joining YATCO, Abi founded and grew the globally recognised superyacht networking and marketing hub ACREW which was acquired by YATCO in 2024. Abi’s experience in the sector spans from marina brokerage, to consulting and marketing, crew events, marina design and construction, digital training and, more recently, superyacht refit and maintenance. Abi is actively involved in a number of industry associations and committees. Notably she has co-chaired the ISS Education Committee for the past 6 years and she steers the Refit Advisory Group alongside Norina Edelman of IMM.
