After my tenure at Espen Oeino years ago introduced me to the world of yachting, I chose to pivot and delve into recruiting within this industry. Interacting with diverse individuals, discovering their backgrounds, experiences, and aspirations brings me immense joy. Recruitment feels tailor-made for me! The ocean has been an integral part of my life, and my passion for exploration has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the vast diversity out there. Over my 15 years at Bluewater, I’ve witnessed the industry’s evolution, and aiding crew in navigating their careers and training fills me with satisfaction, knowing I’m instrumental in transforming lives.
